Terms of Service
Effective 15 August 2026
Who you are dealing with
LectureMoment is operated by ZenXmind LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. Contact: [email protected]. In these terms “we” means ZenXmind LLC and “you” means the person using the site.
What we sell
Access to a library of multiple-choice practice questions on AI and large language models. Some questions are free; the rest are unlocked by a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
A purchase unlocks the category you bought, including questions added to that category later. It does not include categories we may launch in future, which are sold separately.
How access works
There are no accounts. After payment we email you an access link and store an unlock token in your browser. Opening that link on another device unlocks it there too.
The link is personal to your purchase. You may use it on your own devices. Publishing it, selling it, or sharing it so others can obtain access without paying is a breach of these terms, and we may disable a token used that way. We apply generous automated limits to detect this; they are set well above ordinary personal use.
What you may and may not do with the questions
The questions, answers and explanations are ours. You may use them to study, alone or with colleagues. You may not republish them, resell them, incorporate them into another product, or use automated means to extract the library in bulk.
Source material
Questions are written from publicly available lectures and technical talks. Each answer links to the source at the moment it came from. We do not host, mirror, or redistribute any of that material — the links point to the original publisher.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, channel, creator or company whose material we reference. Their names appear only to credit the source.
Accuracy
We check every question against the passage it was written from, and every answer links to that passage so you can verify it yourself. Even so, this is educational material and may contain errors. It is not professional advice, and we do not promise it will get you a job or that any particular question will appear in an interview. If you find something wrong, tell us — there is a report link on every question.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Source links point to third-party sites that may remove or change their content, which is outside our control. We check link health regularly and repair what we can.
Refunds
Covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do. Material changes will not apply retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep any rights your local law gives you that cannot be waived by agreement.
